Priced by operational scope — not by headcount
Right now your escalations live in spreadsheets, email threads and shift conversations. OgmaQ gives them one structured lifecycle, clear ownership and a decision history you can still reconstruct months later. You pay for the operational scope you run — never for the people who simply report and read.
More than a form or a shared spreadsheet
A form captures an issue. It does not tell you who owns it, what is holding it open, whether containment was verified, or why a decision was taken — and it will not still be answering those questions at your next audit. That gap is the work OgmaQ removes.
Every escalation shows its owner, its next action and exactly what is blocking closure — so the update meeting stops being an information-gathering exercise.
Triage, containment, interviews and QA decisions follow the same structured path on every shift and in every team, instead of depending on who picked it up.
An append-only history records who did what, when and why — including the decisions, not just the outcome — so the record is still defensible long after the people involved have moved on.
Forms, triage questions, closure rules and vocabulary are stored for your whole company and apply to everyone in the workspace — not held in one administrator's browser.
OgmaQ supports the hand-off of official records into your validated QMS. It does not replace it, and we make no claim that it does.
Three ways to start
Every offer runs the complete escalation lifecycle on the same security, tenant-isolation and audit baseline. What changes is operational scope, service level and implementation — never the workflow you get.
For pharmaceutical and biotech organisations evaluating OgmaQ in a controlled operational setting, on one real site.
- One operational site
- Workspace and workflow configuration
- User onboarding and training
- Pilot-period support
- Agreed success measures and a structured pilot review
- Data export and a documented exit process
A fixed-fee engagement, not a subscription. Pilot setup is included in the pilot fee. Selective — we take on a small number of design partners at a time, under a written pilot agreement and an agreed scope.
For a quality, manufacturing or MSAT operation running escalations at one site today.
- One operational site
- Up to 25 editor users
- Unlimited submitter and viewer licences, subject to standard fair-use terms
- Complete operational escalation lifecycle

- Multiple operational sites
- Site-aware access and permissions
- Shared tenant configuration and central administration
- Cross-site record access where supported
- Larger user populations
- Higher implementation and support scope
Site count, editor allowance, implementation and support are agreed per deployment and confirmed in a written proposal.
Commercial terms at a glance
- Billed annually. The Single-Site subscription is an annual contract, invoiced for the year. There is no monthly billing option and no cancel-anytime monthly plan.
- Prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable.
- Seller and VAT. The service is supplied by Ogma OS (KvK 42137473, VAT NL005526079B75), Amsterdam, Netherlands. Prices are quoted in EUR and offered to business customers and public-sector bodies; VAT is charged according to the customer's status and place of establishment.
- Implementation is separately scoped. Implementation and onboarding for direct annual deployments start from €3,500. Pilot setup is included in the pilot fee.
- Pilot conversion credit. Convert to an annual Single-Site subscription within 30 days of the pilot concluding and 50% of the pilot fee (€2,250) is credited toward your first annual subscription.
- Founding pricing is limited. The founding rate is available to the first five customer sites; standard pricing for future customers will be higher.
- Confirmed in writing. Final scope, allowances and commercial terms are agreed per deployment and confirmed in a written proposal.
People who run the workflow — raise, triage, own, decide, configure and close. Admin, QA and Lead / Manager roles are editors. Each subscription includes an editor allowance.
People who submit escalations, view records within their scope, respond to assigned work, complete an assigned interview or action, and join the discussion. Unlimited on every plan under standard fair-use terms — they don't use an editor seat.
Included in every plan
OgmaQ never plan-gates the core workflow. Every plan runs the complete escalation lifecycle on the same security, tenant-isolation and audit baseline — plans differ by operational scope, service level and implementation.
- Complete escalation lifecycle
- Triage & routing decisions
- Immediate actions & containment
- Structured 5M&E interviews
- Closure readiness & gated closure
- Append-only audit trail
- Data export (CSV / JSON)
- Evidence & reference package metadata
- Personal dashboard & work queues
- Operational analytics
- Search, command palette & saved views
- Tenant isolation & baseline permissions

Planned capabilities
These are planned and are not currently included in the production service. We advertise each one as available only once it is built, secured and tested — no delivery dates or quarters are implied.
OgmaQ is an operational escalation-management tool, not a validated GMP/QMS system of record, and makes no 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 compliance claim. Official GMP records remain in your validated QMS. Security, tenant isolation and the audit trail are included on every plan.
We do not hold, and do not claim, third-party attestations such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. The Security Overview describes the design honestly instead.
Pricing questions
Can I pay monthly?
No. The Single-Site subscription is €14,400 per year, billed annually on a 12-month contract. We show the €1,200 monthly equivalent only to make the annual figure easier to compare — it is not a monthly plan and there is no cancel-anytime option.
What does “unlimited submitter and viewer licences” actually mean?
Anyone in your organisation can raise an escalation, view records within their scope, respond to work assigned to them and join the discussion, without consuming an editor seat and without a licence count. It is subject to standard fair-use terms covering support, storage, export and infrastructure usage — it is not an unlimited-storage or unlimited-service commitment.
How much file storage is included?
Standard platform storage for escalation records and supporting evidence is included. Exceptionally large file volumes, video storage, specialised retention requirements or dedicated environments may require a separately scoped storage or infrastructure arrangement.
What will implementation cost?
Implementation and onboarding for direct annual deployments start from €3,500, scoped against your configuration requirements, workspace setup, training needs, data preparation and the number of teams or departments involved. If you have completed a Design Partner Pilot, that setup is already included in the pilot fee and is not charged again — further implementation applies only where the annual deployment expands materially beyond the agreed pilot scope. Final scope and commercial terms are confirmed in a written proposal.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
We run a structured review against the success measures agreed at the start. If you convert to an annual Single-Site subscription within 30 days of the pilot concluding, 50% of the pilot fee (€2,250) is credited toward your first annual subscription — the pilot itself remains paid, and the credit applies to the subscription rather than to implementation work beyond the completed pilot scope. If you do not continue, you get a full export of your data and a documented exit.
Is OgmaQ a validated GMP system, or a replacement for our QMS?
No to both. OgmaQ is operational escalation support. It is not a validated GMP/QMS system of record and makes no 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 compliance claim. Official GMP records remain in your validated QMS; OgmaQ supports the hand-off into it. Validation-readiness support is available as a separately scoped service — that is onboarding and evidence assistance for your validation activities, never a validation guarantee.
Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
No. We do not hold, and do not claim, third-party attestations such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Our security programme is under active development toward first-client readiness and is described openly in the Security Overview.
Founding-partner pricing is limited to the first five customer sites; standard pricing for future customers will be higher. Editor and site allowances, implementation scope and final commercial terms are agreed per deployment and confirmed in a written proposal. Prices exclude VAT.
