Thirty minutes. The working product. No deck.
A demo is one booking and one video call: we walk the real OgmaQ interface on fictional demo data, end to end, with your questions steering. This page tells you exactly what that covers and what happens after you pick a time.

What a walkthrough covers
The full escalation lifecycle, in the order your team would live it. We linger where you ask.
Capture
Raising an escalation in seconds from the guided intake — desktop and mobile.
Triage
Your screening questions, the suggested severity with its rationale, and the routing decision.
Containment
Logging what was done to protect product and process — who, what, when.
Ownership & actions
Owners, follow-up actions and due dates, so nothing stalls without a name against it.
Decision & QA review
The decision trail, structured interviews, and the print-and-sign path into your QMS.
Closure readiness
The engine that shows exactly what still holds a record open, and when closure is earned.
What one booking starts
You pick a time
Choose a slot in the booking calendar. A line about your role and site context helps us tailor the session, but it is optional — the booking lands with the people building OgmaQ, not a sales queue.
We meet on a video call
Your booking is the 30-minute walkthrough itself. No preparation is needed on your side, and nothing about your site or data is required to run it.
You leave with answers
You see the workflow on fictional demo data, ask what you like, and decide in your own time. If OgmaQ is not a fit, that is a useful outcome too.
The design-partner pilot. A paid, selective 12–16 week engagement on your own workflow — configured with you, reviewed with your quality team, under a written pilot agreement.
See pilot terms on the pricing pageThe next thirty minutes you spend on this should be live.
You have seen the pages. The walkthrough is the product itself, with your questions steering.
